We will be reading Glorify: Reclaiming the Heart of Progressive Christianity by Rev. Emily Carrington Heath this Lenten season. Heath is a well-respected UCC minister whose aim in this slender volume is to help progressive Christians better understand and articulate our life-giving faith.
Because the book is neatly divided into three sections, we will meet three times for discussion. Join us in person or online, as your schedule allows. (You’re welcome to mix and match.) You can purchase the book on Amazon or from your favorite bookseller.
If you would like to gather in person, we will be meeting at the Bluecorn Cafe on South Townsend at 1:30 PM on the following Sundays: February 26th, March 12th, and March 26th. Bring a sack lunch to eat at the Ute or grab lunch somewhere in town before our study begins.
If you would prefer to gather online, we will be meeting at 6:30 PM on the following Tuesdays: February 28th, March 14th, and March 28th. (You will need to reach out to Karen so that she can send you the Zoom links.)
