One of the most daunting obstacles on the path to citizenship is the financial burden of legal fees.
While the Hispanic Affairs Project provides a consultation with an immigration attorney for just $25, this cost can still be a heavy strain for many individuals within our immigrant community, who are often grappling with daily expenses. We must find ways to support these families during such a pivotal time in their lives.
